What's new

• "Orders and payments" in the app: - Money at a glance: this month's income, what is due, what waits for review, and failed setups. - Every dashboard view, and search by order number or the customer's name or phone. • The order file and its actions: - Approve or reject a transfer, with its proof. - Record a payment received or an instalment, remind the customer, or waive. - Retry the setup, record a refund with a credit note to the customer, cancel the order, or undo a test payment. • "Communication" in the app: - Contact, quote and offer requests, and appointments. - Status, priority and delete, and call, WhatsApp or email in one tap. - Confirm an appointment, reject it, or propose another time. • The team: - "Users": disable and enable, change the role, and email alerts. Team passwords stay on the website. - "Activity log". - "Devices waiting for approval": approve a new device trying to sign in to the dashboard straight from the phone, or tap "It wasn't me" to block it. • For store owners: "Settings" in the store covers everything except the design: - Store app notifications: the figures, the campaigns, and sending a new one to every user. - Order the home page sections, and show or hide them. - Stories: turn on or off, and delete. - Opening hours and live chat. - Shipping: cost, free over an amount, delivery days, and on or off. - Payment methods: on or off. Gateway credentials stay in the store's dashboard. - Staff: add, change the role, suspend, and a temporary password shown once.
