The POS interface is in Arabic; screenshots and button names are shown as they appear in the app, with English explanations.

Available for restaurant subscriptions with the table-ordering add-on. Selling and the kitchen always work locally; the platform only carries orders.

  1. 1Get the connection code

In your customer portal open the subscription → “Table ordering & online menu” → create a one-time connection code.

  2. 2Enable it in the POS

Settings → Tables & QR ordering: enable “Tables and QR table ordering” and save.

  3. 3Connect to the platform

Click “Connect to the platform” and enter the code. Choose the payment method used when accepting a QR order, the default preparation time and the estimate mode (parallel or queue).

  4. 4Add tables and print their codes

The Tables page: “Add several tables”, then “QR code” per table → “Print” or “Save as image”. “New QR code” disables the old one immediately.

  5. 5Receive orders

Orders appear in “Table orders (QR)” with one main button per state: new → “Accept”, accepted → “Preparing”, preparing → “Ready”, ready → “Served”, then “Finish”. “Accept” creates one sale. Everything else is under “More ▾”: “Accept + print”, “Accept with a different time”, “Edit order”, “Reject” with a reason.

    Requires version 1.9.0 or later.

  6. 6Editing an order before accepting it

From “More → Edit order”: add items, raise a quantity or change a note with no reason. Removing an item or lowering a quantity asks for a reason. Every edit is audited, and the invoice issued at acceptance follows the edited order.

  7. 7After acceptance: adding or removing items

An accepted order's invoice never changes. “More → Add items” creates a supplementary order on the same table with its own invoice; only the added items go to the kitchen, and it appears on the table bill. “Remove item (return)” opens the return window on that invoice.

The supplementary order is recorded in the POS and appears on the printed table bill, but not on the guest's order-tracking page.

  8. 8Time, bill requests and ending the session

Adjust time from “More → +5′ / −5′”. The guest's “Request the bill” arrives here to print the table bill. “End table session” closes it so the next party never sees previous orders.

“More” after acceptance: ±5′, add items, remove item (return), print the invoice or for the kitchen, finish

FAQ

Selling and the kitchen continue. New phone orders wait until the connection is back; changes are sent automatically.

No. Repeating “Accept” returns the same sale — never a second sale or stock movement.
